WS molds i used soap and water. The Bragdon are more a latex mold. I read you can use Pam spray........any thoughts ? or how i should or what release agent i should use.Thanks Steve.........no stores close by with a commercial release agent! Looks like i got the same mold as you.I also got the bridge abutment, ill have to make a frame for it to sit in to keep it square though the inside is firm and square. Ordered a bunch more but on B/O seems like he does this all by hand. We will see how these come out.Im using Hydrostone the closest thing i could get to Hydrocal in my area from a pottery store. Hydrocal 60 bucks a bag here Canadian at hobby shop if you can find it the stuff i got which i believe is harder 30 dollars from pottery store.Same family of products i believe. I used it on other molds and its way crisper and rock solid compared to POP........POP is crap when you compare the two.Ill use the soap for a release, just wasnt sure if i need something special.Thanks steve Country: | Posts: 4923 NBandS Posted - 2010 January 27 :  5:01:17 PM   Wet water as the mold release works fine, both for Bragdon and for home-made latex molds.
