Any clues on how to dis-assemble an Atlas HO RS-1 so I can install a decoder in it?

Thanks,

Do you have a specific decoder in mind?

It's all scenery.

On most model diesels, the engine body and the walkway assembly come off the chassis. On many Atlas diesels, the walkways are part of the metal chassis assembly, and the plastic body part comes off leaving the walkways.
