This is not about the job for a Customer Service Representative. Hope you found someone to fill it. This is about an engine I FedExed back to hopefully be repaired (HO DASH 8-40CW Locomotive BNSF Gold Series) several weeks ago. Just wondering whether you guys received it and will be able to repair it. I bought three and need this one for the lash-up I had planned. Thanks James C. Allen 13230 Aclare Street Cerritos, Calif. Mr. Allen,
Please contact Don Fidecaro at dfidecaro(at)atlasrr.com or 908-687-0880 x 7133 and he will be able to give you the status of your locomotive.
If you sent it via FedEx, you should be able to track it by using the tracking number and fedex.com. That will tell you when it was received and who signed for it.
