Is the first weekend in December (5th and 6th) and it is the “Biggie” for this region.
$7 admission fee, good for both days, and FREE PARKING!!!
Just watch out for the road apples as it is always the same day as the big horse show.
Baring inclement weather I will be there.
Anybody else.

OKC is a great show, if you have a chance it is worth the visit.
Not to be a rivet counter, the horse show on Saturday is the NRHA, not that I know the difference :).

| I won't make it this year, since we are unpacking from our move from Alabama to Pueblo, but I'm looking forward to next year. |

It’s this weekend folks.
Weather looks like it should cooperate but this being Oklahoma weather is subject to change without notice and void all predictions made just the previous hour.

| This show has really grown in hte past thirty years. When it first started it was mainly dealer swap tables but now not so many of them but real dealers and in the past few years it is attracting manufacturers such as Atlas, Athearn, Intermountain and Digitrax. Well worth driving to OKC to see. Lots of layouts also. |

Headed to OKC in the morning. Will be asking Kato if there is any chance we'll see the Mikado & NW2 get another run in Santa Fe colors.

Back from the show!
I asked Kato about another run of the Santa Fe NW2. Was told it is not planned in the next year.
I asked if we'd see new American steam soon from Kato. Was told the next steam is a repaint of the GS4. This is the third release of this steam engine.
Here are some highlights:
Athearn:

HO scale I'd like to see come to N!
 InterMountain:

 Incredible detail on these!

Kato's awesome El Capitan!

I wish I'd have taken more pics!
Bonus video! Here are a few quick clips of things that caught my eye:
