Dear Mr. Weaver, I initially had the impression in or about 2004, that with each reefer a brochure of perhaps eight to twelve pages would be included. I now believe that the "book" is likely somewhat similar to an Atlas catalogue. I am not trying to get something that I should be paying for, for free so please advise me regarding what the price of the reefer catalogue and the cost of shipping are. Thank you. Gary E. Meyer
